Most times, the easiest is to fill the holes in with gravel and then drive over it a few times! Best is to have the road crowned by a grader, and then done once every season after!
Our road to the ranch is private, so we do our own repairs, which is super easy as all three of us own dozers and other nifty equipment that we can bring out for a nice afternoon of grading and we're good to go! It's best to get a start right after the snow melts off and once crowned, keep the drainage open and clear!
