Hi Gang. This may not completely apply but my Grandpa told me this years ago when I was but a wee lad. I asked him a similar velocity/force question about ammo. He asked me one right back. "Which wouldja like to get runned over by? An 18 wheeler doing 50 or a sports car doing 90"? I told him neither one as both would kill me. "Yep", he said "That's all you need to know about ammo boy". BTW- my DI not not find this answer at all amusing during Boot.

Funny how those DI's ( Drill Sergeants in my case ) , thought they were the only folks allowed a sense of humor!
