My favorite is the HK grip from the 416 and 556A1. It has a bump on the fingers side but I love the way it fits my hand.

I also picked up this cheap grip called a Trinity Force DI grip and I love the way it feels....the only thing it is missing which I greatly prefer is storage inside of the grip.
