Yep it is, although it was sold in this configuration i didn't do any upgrades. And I'm the original owner. It was/is my hunting rig so less than a 100 rounds for sure but owning it for close to ten years now that's the best guess I can give

No it is not, that came later, this gun was built in 2005-2008. It does shoot sub-moa though.
