I recently picked up a Weatherby SA-08 semi-auto 12-ga. @ Bi-Mart as they were on sale for $369.00. I bought it for bird hunting as I have been using a Mossberg 500 and wanted to try out a semi-auto. I have to say that this bad-boy shoots like a champ, and has eaten everything I have run through it from Kent Faststeel 1-1/4oz #2 steel shot from cheapo 7-1/2 shot trap loads without a single hiccup... shot 23/25 with the modified choke that came with it right off the bat with no "warm up" shots. It was ALMOST like I couldn't miss.
