Are you a LEO? If not it doesn't really matter.

Yes their class is strictly for Law Enforcement since RRA, Stag and Adams will allow WSTC to only Certify law enforcement, government enforcement and for example the Nuclear Plant Security Police and military armorers. since they fall under the Governments Home Land Security. They have done classes at the Tualatin, Oregon Police Department. I made a call to the instructor and he advised he is planning on going back there again next year. It will be posted on the WSTC Website as soon as it is confirmed. Officers can find the class schedule listing at www.wstc.us
