California Statesman: Assemblyman Says Second American Revolution Has Already Begun
California Statesman: A We Are 1776 Column

Not since 1776 have Americans had more cause to revolt. The long train of abuses number far more than the original 26 levied against one tyrannical king: King George. Today, tens of thousands of tyrants rule over legions of government agents, whose sole purpose has become perpetuating and growing their state-sanctioned fiefdom.
In California, under the guise of saving the planet from Global warming, the California Air Resources Board (CARB), is wiping out thousands of small businesses, confiscating mass amounts of capital through the Cap and Trade scheme, and using that capital to hire more enforcers, thereby increasing its regulatory footprint. A portion of these funds are being used to implement the goals laid out in Agenda 21: Moving people from open spaces and driving them into densely populated urban areas. How are they doing that? By funding innocuous-sounding programs that are buying up farmland, converting private, productive and fertile land to public land, selling off the water rights to municipalities and using the funds to perpetuate this cycle. What is so bad about this? If you want to control where people live and work, you must control the water supply. It is that simple. From there you can control almost every aspect of their lives. It does not take a genius to see how diabolical a government can become when they control the money supply, the food supply and now the water supply.
For example, look at how our schools have gone from centers of learning to indoctrination centers for the Marxist progressive agenda. They have systematically undermined values of a moral nation, and replaced the truth with lies. Only a moral people can live free; as the level of individual responsibility diminishes, so does a nations capacity for self-rule. The government industrial-education complex has so successfully indoctrinated our youth to accept government control, through social programs, that barely two generations since D-Day, the grandchildren of those whose indomitable spirit set the world free from the clutches of totalitarianism have surrendered. Government been increasingly abusing its power. Rather than using its power in a just manner to secure the civil rights of its citizens, it has infringed them. If you have any doubt of this, simply pick up the newspaper from the past few weeks. Whether its CPS ripping a child away from a good mother with no cause, or the IRS auditing patriot groups, or the DOJ tapping reporters phones thats just this week. This arrogant disregard for the Constitutional restraints on governments power is endemic. A year ago, it was the DHS study that identified the greatest terrorist threat was you; if you are a member of a patriot group, if you oppose abortion or if you love liberty too much. So when that agency buys billions of rounds of ammo while trying to take away my right to defend myself and my family and my freedom, I become even more skeptical of government.
All of these 3-letter departments ought to become 4-letter words, because they are simply the instruments of tyranny in the hands of a government that has been subverted from its original mission: Securing our God-given right to live free!
Yes, there is a second American Revolution. It has already begun. The question is whether the tyrants, who control our government, will surrender peacefully or if, we the people, will have to use force to restore freedom to our land.
