I know a few members including my old boss. They mentioned there is another process but never really pressed them as they shoot pretty infrequently. One lives across the street.

I don't hold much hope of a public access range at Camp Bonneville. There are too many non-shooting interest groups than are drooling over that land. Shooters are vastly out numbered here.

I understand your view, however, an organized LLC that goes to the board of commissioners with a well thought out proposal and a plan should do just fine.
