Are there any restrictions? How do I need to transport it? I have tried calling the OSP but can't get through to anyone on the weekend.

You must go through an FFL for the transfer. If you do not have a Conceal Permit, just keep in unloaded and out of reach while in the car....

I have a conceal permit for Washington. I was just planning on keeping in the back unloaded in it's original box.

A Washington concealed permit is not valid in Oregon.

Just throw the unloaded pistol in the trunk. No worries.
