According to multiple reports, gun sales around the nation are booming as a result of good people realizing the police MAY NOT be there for them inside or outside the home. Some people are starting to get it but only because danger is literally knocking at their doors. Reports say Trump has little legal authority to intervene. All seem to agree that it's up to the Police Chief to defy her superiors and take action unilaterally to restore order in Seattle, at the risk of losing her job. Police response times to crimes has gone from 5 minute averages to 18 minutes yesterday. City residents need to sue.

The 'useful idiot' big 'D' voters may finally be smelling the stench of what their ignorant voting records are producing. I come from a family of big D's in the Seattle area who totally bask in mind-numbed loyal ignorance. My bro and I are the only two freedom loving conservatives in the family. We know first hand how incredibly ignorant some people can be.

One of my major issues with the 2A community is that as a whole we simply don't respond or play the game correctly. How about a 'spontaneous' massive show of force of pro 2A USA-loving patriots surrounding CHAZ on a day like TOMORROW (Saturday), with someone taking the lead and putting a non-radical face and voice to the matters at hand? That would garner national attention immediately while creating a rallying point for 'closet community members' who are dying to see someone take the lead in dealing with this America-hating movement in the heart of Seattle.

Bruce Lee, an unbelievable talent who's buried on Capitol Hill, should be rolling in his grave.

Do you think 10k gun-toting patriots surrounding the protesters inside CHAZ would get the city and state's attention? Would the Mayor respect our rights as much as she does the anarchists freedom to assemble and protest? I, for one, would like to find out.

News Flash: We are losing the values our nation was founded upon. IT'S TIME TO ACT.

Pretty simple. 'Occupy' all entrances and nobody goes in or out. Move in and occupy their spaces in-mass.

There's a new boss in town...

I know there's enough outrage that a proper Call to Action would produce nationwide response. ANTIFA would respond as well, and things may not turn out exactly as they plan.

On the contrary, an announcement from a respected source that a 2A Call to Action for NEXT weekend may achieve the desired results as well. The authorities may be forced to take action out of fear of a much greater issue rising from citizens who've had their fill with this level of anarchy.

At this point it's clear that authorities are frozen in inaction. Time to step up and fill that void. Create a NEW nationwide trend: Citizens rising up and taking back our streets.

All fine and dandy except that I don't need to catch some type of homicide prosecution because I walked into a crap hole full of degenerates just to make a statement and things got out of hand. Regardless of the current poo storm downtown, the AG would prosecute the hell out of someone not aligned with their agenda.

Let it burn to the ground, that or they can take their camp outs up to magnolia and the lake washington waterfronts and we'll see how many of the virtue signaling public change their tune.

The guys down south and I were chatting about whether CHAZ truly was an independent space, whether any USA laws actually existed inside. If not, what laws were actually in place? Obviously none. So if that was the case, it's clearly fair game for any type of action for ending the charade, however it unfolds.

Want to be a lawless insurrection nation? Face the consequences. Watching them pee their pants on live TV would be priceless in itself.

Especially if the cleansing was done by a group of liberty lovers wearing pink neon and Hawaiian shirts... :s0005::s0115:

I don't disagree with any of your points, but I just want to point out that joining a forum and immediatly making thinly veiled threats of immediate and specific violence is EXTREMILY suspicous.

Like either you are trying to get the site shut down or trying to fluff up your watch list.

Sorry but that is just the way it is. Talk to your friends or oathkeepers about it and go do it, but don't just post about it and rile up gullible idiots.

I don't have an issue with peaceful protests. It would be extremely counterproductive to the 2A for gun-toting citizens to appear to shut one down, especially for such a hot button issue such as racial equality. Some of us call that tyranny. C'mon, man...you're screen name is Free Patriot. If Seattle were to lose massive income because businesses shut down and jobs move elsewhere, its gun hating citizens would move to where the jobs were - the further the better. Artificially inflated home prices and property value would go down along with income disparities, and Seattle would lose some of its political influence on the rest of the state. The longer this goes on, the better our 2A position is. Therefore, I say let it go, let it burn. Really, why should I care if there is a CHAZ? How is this different than Occupy Wall Street? I don't live on Capital Hill, I have my own community to worry about. They planted thier crop, they can reap it.

Welcome to the fold.

Police chiefs are often little more than politicians with a badge once promoted to that lofty position. They serve their political masters or lose their jobs to someone who will do their bidding.

Sadly it's not just conservatives, patriots, pro 2a or America lovers that are snapping up guns. I came across a site with full of ar15s, keltecs, Aks and other assault weapons but this time it was a site for socialists calling to arms against republicans, white people (most of their members are white) capitalists, KKK, facists, religious people, law enforcement etc. These guys had serious Firepower and no, they weren't airsoft guns.

kinda makes me concerned civil war might be around the corner

Hopefully they adopt a standard outfit so it's easy to tell them apart.

Guns does not a soldier make.

True, but apparently they have been training from former military and police.
:s0140:

Not from the videos I have seen of "redneck revolt"

Besides, even knowing how to shoot is not a big deal. Their is logistics, land nav, coms, basically backpacking, being fit enough to move with gear, shelter, water, etc. These people have essentially 0 of any of it except Twitter. :s0023:

America was not founded on the idea that anyone and everyone can own and openly carry anything up to...and including...a nuke. The idea of gun ownership was simply one of the Amendments to the Constitution, and was done later. And the 2A was done for two reasons only. For food...and because our Founding Fathers knew exactly what could happen if the populace is unarmed, and the government goes crazy. It ain't good for the populace. The 2A keeps the government in line.

America was founded on the idea that the people who lived here at the time of the Revolution did not want a monarchy telling them what to do, or to be taxed unfairly without having some say in those taxes.

The REAL problem with gun laws isn't that they are restrictive, or non-restrictive. The problem is that gun laws should be assigned at the Federal level ONLY, so that there aren't fifty different sets of rules for fifty states. There are too many people with their hands in the soup making the rules, and it gets confusing from state to state. Now no one can agree on anything.

There should be only ONE set of rules, and set by the same people who have the original copy of the Amendments housed in the Smithsonian, or wherever they display it. The Federal government. Just ONE set, not fifty...or even MORE...depending on other county or even city laws applying to guns. It would be much easier to get changes that way, for one thing. It would also help solidify the 2A once and for all.

These latest protests are not really about guns, either. They are mostly about police departments that feel free to treat people like they are calves being roped at a rodeo whenever they wish. In other words, to slam people to the ground and hogtie them, sometimes when it isn't even necessary. People are sick of it, as well as the unnecessary shootings. (Although to be fair, sometimes these shootings HAVE been justified.)

Only criminals and troublemakers are supposed to be afraid of the cops. Now EVERYONE is afraid of the cops.

On a side note, the proliferation of mass shootings in America sure hasn't helped things. And depending on the state, and what those citizens, those families of the victims...have suffered as a result of that...well, they go state level to get changes. Sometimes they get them. But we wouldn't have this problem if only ONE group was calling the Ultimate Rules on Guns. Which is why all of the rules should be done at the Federal level, in my opinion. What the heck....it was the early Federal government who created the 2A anyway. They should be responsible for its implementation, and they alone. Not fifty different groups of state officials.

I have some major disagreements with several points of this post, but I am also not interested in getting into a back and forth on what amounts to opinions compared to the belief systems of the founding fathers that have been codified in their various written texts and attributed statements. Have a great day!
