He'll just appeal to the 9th Circuit of course, but it's entirely possible the federal judge in Eastern WA puts a stay on enforcement of said bad and creates another "mag sale week" like California had.

This is something close to what I was talking about.

I can almost guarantee that the larger property where this gun store operates has had multiple car prowls, petty thefts, drug dealing, and other gross misdemeanors since July.
Do you think the state has wasted any tax dollars on solving these crimes? Can you imagine what progress could have been made solving any number of FELONIES in the greater federal way area since summer? Nope, instead we are watching a small business owner probably lose his business. Instead of writing my dude some tickets for the first offense, Sideshow Bob went all Donnie Brasco on the guy. Congratulations to the whole AG team for finally running down the dreaded international arms dealer Rezha the Jackal.

Nazi bastards. This Ferguson dude must be related to Trudeau in Canada. Sad. The whole mag ban could even be struck down by the end of the month. What a prick. Here's hoping that either the WA lawsuit or CA lawsuit on mag bans is ruled on favorably before this gun shop ever has to go to court. It's still gonna cost them attorney fees though which sucks.
