Allow me to disagree. The vast majority of human history is that of oppression and servitude. Liberty and individual sovereignty are concepts of modernity and far from universally accepted. The current crop of totalitarians may hide behind the language of progress and the greater good, but the hierarchical society they promote is as old as human history.

I would LOVE to debate every single one of these D. candidates on LIVE television/radio/internet and I would INCLUDE President Trump too.

I always wonder about the motives or just what the person who is requesting limits , bans , more regulations , etc...has to gain or profit from the proposed limits etc...

Limits on Rights , should be personal and self imposed ....not made by others for you.

Why now? We have seen efforts to infringe on the individual right to arms and self defense in the past, but shrillness has reached a new level, at least in my lifetime. Why the fevered pitch now?

The American citizenry has been armed since the founding and well before. What is the political class fearful of now? What is now in motion or soon will be set in motion that we haven't experienced in nearly two and a half centuries?

There are multiple gambits in play. Some highly risky. Many pieces in play, almost to much to keep track of; some obviously coordinated, others not. What is the risk versus reward?

Keep the eyes open and mind free. We are living in interesting times.

The D Governor B. of Montana sounds a LOT like her and boy did I call him for what he was/is LONG before any MT native believed me on his flip flopping. He is running for President too.

You can line up SOME other MT Dems and MT Reps right under Warren, other D. presidential candidates and the MT governor too.

Why now? The ever pressing desire of humanity, most evidently those on Left, to control people. The election of DJT scared the piss out of them.
