Well this is going to show my age. As a kid I would watch war movies on the weekend. Nobody has mentioned "The Dirty Dozen". A couple of newer ones are, "Hunt for Red October", "Jarhead", "Fury", "Unbroken". A couple of more I can think of are, "The bridge over the river Kwai", "Windtalkers".

Devil's Brigade....It was filmed in Utah, partially in the South of the SLC Valley. An old closed military camp, Camp Williams was used where they had the Brits and Americans together training. Dad and I used to ride our trail bikes all over and there were places up in the foot hills where there were still burned out military vehicles that they'd not removed yet after making the movie.

I was the chef for a catering service and catered a Donny Osmond video shoot at Camp Williams. Fed troops out there during the Iraq windup out there too.
Like the Devil's Brigade too.
