I have a 30mm Burris PEPR that I have just mounted and then taken back off I never even tightened the the top caps down, it does come with both the picatinny top caps and the smooth top caps. I want to trade for a 1in version with same accessories. I'm in Portland, OR and will meet anywhere in town if you have what I need.. Or if someone wants to buy it 89.00 FIRM which is what they cost at optics planet so I can order the the one I need ...
