I have a nice clean 1982 pre lock Smith and Wesson nickel Model 36 (no dash) wears Hogue bantams (could provide SW wood grips if your has the same) no box or papers. This great little J frame spent most of it's life in a sock drawer. I am looking for a "humpback" model 38, 638, 49, 649... any pre lock humpback. Would like a face to face trade in Oregon. Thanks. Email me direct [email protected] This revolver has been traded, thanks.

I have a 49-1 ( blued, pre-lock, forged and case-hardened hammer and trigger) in beautiful condition. But, like you, I prefer it to the 36 with the exposed spur -- would you want to sweeten the deal somehow?

Alternatively, I suppose I could be persuaded to sell it outright for the right price. . .
