I don't have experience with the ppq, but from what I understand is that the ppx is the cheaper version, slightly less refined trigger and I think a different magazine.

I know you didn't ask but I do have a walther ppk for sale aswell just fyi. That's a much higher quality gun, but it costs a lot more too.

Handguns must be transferred in THE BUYERS home state, at an FFL, filling out the appropriate paperwork/background check.

Up to the seller, as to doing so. ie Driving to an agreeable Oregon FFL, or shipping to an Oregon FFL. Or not selling to an out of state buyer.

The seller will need ID with current address.

The buyer fills out the appropriate sections of the 4473, thumb printed & needs ID as well.
