My GF just received both her Utah and Oregon CHL and I want to get her a gun as a present(her first shooting gun as all she has in a complete lower and no upper) and she loves the PK380.
I would rather buy from somebody/business on a forum I frequent first before I head to the clackamas gun broker. It can be new or used, just needs to be in good working order. I will do with or without bill of sale so whatever makes you most comfortable.
