This is chaos waiting to happen. It would open up a whole new avenue of extreme activism. Don't like a store supporting a cause you don't like? Get a few friends to buy shares, and tell the board to stop funding (and how to run their business). Except everyone else will be doing it as well. The court needs to throw this out. Shareholders can vote on who leads, but getting into the gritty details? No.

I never shop there, they support democrats in a huge way and this action is part of that support.

Bi-Mart had a good stock today, even a Mini 14 and some Pmags. I don't and won't shop at Walmart

Sooner or later people should see you have to vote with your wallet if you want to keep your rights. Boycott everyone who is against your god given rights.

How is it that shareholders get to DICTATE how a company is going to conduct business rather then make suggestions on what the best course of action is for max profit and come to a mutual agreement from there.
This all sounds way to familiar .

The article is misleading. The shareholders in question wanted to put out a measure about not selling guns for all the shareholders to Vote on. The board blocked the measure completely.

They can support Dems all they want. . . they still sell ARs, and haven't really changed their ammo prices, including 22LR....

I remember when time were hard on availability to find ammo, Walmart keep their ammo prices the same with a running empty shelf. When their shelf are full they still keep the same price.

Now I wish Walmart here in GP carry Remington 300 bO. They do sell cheap 308 here . 9.97 for a box of 20. I often get 10 box 308.

So when the price of their shares drop...

oh wait, that sounds like a Democrat controlled legislature. Come in with hopes and promises, then when you ruin it, go for a bailout..

I can see that by the number of guns you buy and sell here, your record speaks for itself.:s0140:

So, you think THIS is the only place people buy/sell? Truth be told, just like someone else posted in another thread, the number of posts in Washington has dwindled down to most of them being in Vancouver. I make purchases with the intent to keep them, not to flip them for something else. You really have no idea what I do, or how I do business, legally, do you? That law similar to 594 is coming to 'Oregun' soon . . . don't be too hypocritial.
