Yes. You can. I won a rifle in Oregon at the sportsman show and it has to be shipped to my FFL in washington. Same process. Then the stupid 10 day hold applies. Washington gun law spoke a little but about buying stuff out of state in this video. Half way through covered buying stuff in idaho as a Washington resident

Yes but, unless this is some pistol you just can't find here why? You are going to add more cost and hassle. As long as what you are trying to buy is still legal in WA? The FFL in OR can send it to an FFL here for you then you do the BGC and wait fun here.

The correct answer is in your username. You can not physically come to an Oregon FFL and walk out with any type of handgun as a Washington resident, unless you also have residency in Oregon (i.e. military orders). It would have to be shipped to a WA FFL for you to do the paperwork. The first two responses are misleading, or wrong.
