In a DIVORCE or CUSTODY BATTLE with a scorned woman, I'd say it's par for the course. BUT, But, but...some Judges and Lawyers fall for it because they might just actually BELIEVE that they are doing GOOD.

And, I'm not gonna sit and hear all of the issues. And, for the record.....I didn't watch all of the video.

So then, YES.....
I smell something rotten.

BTW......a lot of these "Orders For Protection" are just granted on the premise that.....

It's better to be safe than sorry.

Rrrrrright......the Court is only taking away your gun RIGHTS. It's not like they are locking you up.

IMHO.....the same will happen with the Red Flag laws.
