WA Concealed Permit

Had my WA CPL since around 1983. When I went to renew they told me it would be "30 days", and it was. Seems the Clark Co Sheriffs office is taking the maximum amount of time, no matter what.

WA quit honoring the FL permits because FL now allows Fl vets to get a permit at 18. Because WA law requires that you be 21 to have a permit WA rescinded their reciprocity. Without that FL had to rescind their reciprocity also.

For the record...Applied for an out of state carry license in Clark County two weeks ago. Received the license in the mail today. Much quicker than the full two months I was told to expect.

Easy money for the county. With the computer-age that we now live in, there's no reason to not get these processed as fast as possible.

Utah is cheaper down the road than Washington in regards to renewals and more expensive up front.
