WA and FL Reciprocity

I don't see it posted here, and I'm not sure when it happened exactly, but your WA CPL is now valid in Florida. The two states have (apparently) signed a reciprocity agreement.

I was reading about this on another board.

Florida will honor WA state resident CPLs, they will NOT honor WA state non-resident CPLs. From what I understand, this is common policy for Florida's reciprocity agreements. I can't find anything that says WA will only honor FL resident permits, so a FL non-rez permit might be good to go in WA.
