Federal court to hear WA man’s challenge of CO gun law

Washington State gun rights activist Gray Peterson will have another day in court Monday afternoon when a panel for the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, in a challenge of that state’s concealed carry statute that will see arguments from attorneys for both the National Rifle Association and Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence.

Yes, Alaska and Arizona are CCW free states, even for US citizen visitors

You can add Vermont and Wyoming to the "Constitutional Carry" list:

In fact, Vermont has never had any restriction against citizens carrying without a license.
