Federal court to hear WA man’s challenge of CO gun law

Washington State gun rights activist Gray Peterson will have another day in court Monday afternoon when a panel for the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, in a challenge of that state’s concealed carry statute that will see arguments from attorneys for both the National Rifle Association and Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence.
