I think the best bet for these guys in Virginia is to accept West Virginia's invitation for all of the counties that have 2a sanctuary status to join West Virginia.

Tyrant Governor is in charge of Virginia, not West Virginia.

I'm not sure how long that process would take or if they could fast track it before the big show down.

I think the supreme court would knock this down as unconstitutional and bogus, but I don't know that they will do that before the big show down, and I think the people are going to get hurt.It's gonna be bad for Virginians and bad for our country. The governor is a#1 bad guy and needs to be ousted for breaking his oath to uphold the Constitution.

Thankfully, there is a great big fly in the ointment there, the tyrants are relying on a few strong arms to make all this happen, I bet they don't have a plan to deal with millions of Pizzed off Patriots with guns! Sadly, I am posting this, knowing that the Governor of Virginia has declared a State of Emergency in our state. I want you to be aware of how we are being set up.

Does the Patriot Act ring a bell? Does the National Defense Authorization Act ring a bell? If people show up wearing any kind of uniform, patch or other symbol on their clothing signifying they belong to a militia and something goes wrong, you could/will be held as a domestic terrorist. If anyone steps out of line, all it takes is one person, it may even be a government plant….if that plant does anything to disrupt the rally, you could/will be arrested as a domestic terrorist.

The Governor, using the media has already set the stage for this to happen. He has already laid the groundwork to make the entire movement look like insurrection. It will be used to put the rest of the nation on notice of what will happen to you, if you resist. They have used the Southern Poverty Law Center over the last 15 years to lay the groundwork. They have labeled us as potential domestic terrorist for a long time now. Anyone who has ever related to the 3%er's, a militia, or just belonged to any Patriot group…the groundwork has been laid to brand you as a domestic terrorist.
They have gone out of their way since the Obama years to ensure they had us labeled, but it didn't start with Obama. It started with the Patriot Act under the Bush administration. We are being played by a well oiled machine, these things have been in the works for many years. They are kicking things into high gear. Military veterans were/are even listed as potential domestic terrorist. We were told not once, but several times by the current President, "It's Not Me they are after, It's You, The American People." Their actions over the last three years have shown you he was right, they are coming after us full speed ahead and they aren't even trying to hide it anymore.

Sic semper tyrannis, keep your head on a swivel and know what's going on around you at all times, at Lobby Day 1/20/20. Everyone be safe out there….Thus always to tyrants

"I want to go on record right now and say this, so you won't be surprised about it later. Charlottesville 1 was engineered to be a powder keg. The town council set up and primed the entire explosive situation before they buggered out of town on Friday afternoon. The blood of a dead woman is partially on their hands.

What is happening in Richmond, VA right now is smacking of the same kind of orchestration. For the first time, the governor has fenced in the capitol square (I guess border fences really do work) and it appears as if both sides of the issue will be separated, at least inside the fence. Problem is that to get into the fenced in area all these differing viewpoints have to mingle in line to get through security.

This fencing is being bolted together so it is not easily removable. Limited access and entry points onto the capital square will ensure that once you are in there you will have no ready means of escape. All this to enforce a decree of a "gun free" zone outside the capitol for the first time in Virginia's history in the absence of a couple hundred years of incident free events in the same location. (More on this later)

With TENS OF THOUSANDS of people coming to this event there will be queues of people all around the area that can't even get into the square. The people that DO make it in will be fish in a barrel. This means that if anything bad happens you will be unable to flee, unable to defend yourself, and unable to find usable cover or concealment. With all the congestion it also means there will be no way to get help to people in need of assistance. With the sheer number of people in attendance, law enforcement will be unable to eliminate any threats for fear of injuring/killing innocent people. They will also not be able to get to the actors until long after any rampage has started and been effective.

There is also the very real possibility of crush and trampling deaths and injuries should anything spook the crowd.

Never mind that you won't be able to go to the bathroom, get water/food, or out of the elements. Then when the day is over you will be looking at several hours of gridlock just to leave, regardless of whether you came by bus or uber.

First I would recommend you stay far away from this event. Do not go anywhere near Richmond. In fact don't even spend any money in Virginia.

Second, even if you do go the legislature has made it quite clear that regardless of what 91 of 95 counties (the voice of the people unencumbered by gerrymandering ) want, the representatives will go completely against what the vast majority of the state wants.

Third this event has turned into a violation of the rules of three stupids: "Don't do stupid things. Don't hang out with stupid people. Don't go stupid places." On a good day, crime ridden Richmond is a stupid place but this amplification has made it even more stupid (if that is even possible). There are a few stupid individuals who will be intent on causing problems, and they will be in attendance too. This even going here would constitute doing something stupid.

Fourth those who choose to abide by the governor's proclamation will be leaving weapons in locked vehicles. Hundreds of cars will have weapons in them and will be completely unguarded. Cars make terrible places to store weapons. The thugs will be out in full force breaking into these cars in the hunt for free guns and the law abiding citizens will have unwittingly provided them. They will be the ones with the Molon Labe, H&K, Sig, or NRA stickers on them. That is what the thieves will target. A spree could flood Richmond with stolen guns. Since the police will be tied up doing security for the fiasco there will be no deterrent to these kinds of crimes.

Finally, if you don't heed my warning then please properly prepare for the event. Dress in layers, with your base layer being a moisture wicking shirt, covered by some level IIIA Kevlar. Then whatever constitutes fashion over that. Bring food and water, and some way to dispose of any bodily waste. Also bring medical supplies including a tourniquet.

The legislators have created a logistical nightmare from the simple addition of their fence because our racist governor wants to appease his billionaire handler.

This has nothing to do with safety and now has everything to do with creating a situation that will be deliberately explosive and dangerous. You show up there and you will be part of the pawns used in a greater gun control scheme.

I pray that nothing bad happens, but I like to be prepared for most instances of potential disaster. This has all the hallmarks of a disaster in the making."

It is worth noting the ANTIFA crowd is claiming to be joining league with the patriot movement on this one - not sure if that's real, or if this is a way to get people to let their guard down so that ANTIFA can wail on who they claim are "bigots" and "nazis" with impunity. ANTIFA rarely gets punished for bad acts. Conservatives, libertarians, and gun owners routinely get hoisted by the system as hard and high as they can. Look at Mike Strickland for just one example.

No way you'd get me inside that fence. I've seen a lot of comments over the last few weeks calling these tyrants stupid or crazy. That's not my take at all. Every bit of this has set the stage for even a single bad actor to light it off. Orrrr...all the good guys stay home to avoid trouble and the crown achieves their goal of zero resistance. The media, who was largely silent on this until just recently will predictably only portray this through one lens.
This is certainly bigger than Virginia. I'm just not sure there's a good play left for our side at this point. THIS is exactly what the 2A was spelled out for and I pray for the safety of all those who attend.
These blatant infringements will be passed whether the We The People show opposition or not. Sadly, the only "safe" option is noncompliance while fighting it in the courts. All this legislation really has no teeth as long as the sheriffs band together and remain constitutional. Hopefully this is all overturned before .gov tries anything more aggressive because any active attempt at disarmament won't go well.

I wonder if any Virginia voters have buyers remorse yet?
