Rumor has it Feinstein and Obama are working on new legislation. A just-released joint statement says in the wake of the Oklahoma City and Texas tragedies we need to take common sense measures including banning fertilizer. Various fertilizer distributors obtain ingredients from sewage treatment plants known as the ‘poop loophole'. We will close that loophole by registering toilets and running backside checks on all buyers and users. Other measures include limiting toilet capacity and restricting ‘transfers' to members of the immediate family. Liberal groups hailed the proposal as long overdue while Schumer and Bloomberg insist that pressure cookers must be included in the bill.
