there are more vids on Youtube covering the Balkan war, lots of interesting info on modern Civil War, especially how small areas are cut-off, no water, electricity, food and crushed by 'paramilitarys' composed of different ethnic/religious groups who have no empathy for the locals while the actual military is used in a passive blocking force role to keep out media and relief .orgs while holding the victims inside the killing zone.

Yup it certainly shows how attitudes like, 'I'm right, you're wrong', 'My way, or the highway', 'The liberals are the problem', 'The Teaparty is the problem', 'Socialism is the problem', 'Capitalism is the problem', 'Guns are the problem', ... result is a big problem. Tolerance is a big problem ... one can read it every day on this, and other, supposed open talk boards. What are you doing to make the world a little bit better for your neighbor ?

The scariest thing to me about Sarajevo was how neighbors could turn on each other so viciously and without apparent provocation. These people weren't starving, they were just told "weapons free" by the Serbian radio and TV stations, and they unleashed their pent-up rage against folks they'd lived along side their whole lives.

Now, in our society, do you see a potential for an "entitled class" to feel the right to go after whatever they want to, as soon as they get their "weapons free" message from on high?
