Hello, I am looking to get into a Colt AR-15 for my son (as that is his name and I think it would be neat for him). This was my wifes AR-15, but we recently picked up another that she likes more, so I figured I'd try to trade this one off. Has seen roughly 100 rounds total.

It is, but you are located in WA and I'm in OR and I'd rather not deal with shipping to FFLs.
