I have Decided to sell my 30/30.
It is a Model 1894 SRC, serial # dates it to 1899.
I have had for quite awhile, But I just can't see the front sight well enough to hunt with it any more and It is to cool to add a peep.
If it were much nicer, you would not want to hunt with it.
The Bore is extremely good. I Will ask 1,300.00 for the old girl. I would listen to trade offers, I like classic quality guns, 1911s Most anything that says Colt Smith N Wesson Ruger Winchester, or Marlin.
