Going a different direction with my Vepr x54r, so up for sale is my like-new SVD Type 2 furniture from Izhevsk Masters. Made in Russia (sold by Legion USA). Link to description here - please confirm it fits on your rifle.
Haven't shot the rifle since it's been installed, and I can't find a single blemish. Only "imperfection" is underneath the top of the stock where the cheek-pad attaches, but that's expected (see photo).
Also added photos of it installed on rifle for reference. This should use the hardware already installed on your Vepr to mount.
Based on what I paid from Legion and asking other members about current market value, I'm asking $600. Oregon City meetup preferred.
