I never subscribed to the tin foil hat theories before. But when you look at everything going on today, things are different.
Elected politicians supporting socialism.
Disparity growing between the income classes.
High cost of living. A full time worker at low wages can not make ends meet.
Many individuals and businesses are leaving the high tax cities that practice socialism in many of their policies.
These cities are on the way to collapse. All hell will break loose when they can no longer provide for the masses.
A national debt of 22 trillion. Sooner or later, the lending countries will cut us off when we don't have the $ to make the payments.

This is not all happening tomorrow. I am old and won't be around to experience it. But my son may. He will end up paying the price for our governments stupidity.

Well, their money is worthless.
Sound foreign currencies were always welcome. It will be interesting if/when the US dollar tanks. I wonder if China' currency will be the one or if theirs fails with or before ours.

Low wages as in burger flippers or other no skill/minimum wage earners as adults?

I have little sympathy for an adult who decided when young to be lazy and not learn some sort of skill that pays the bills.

Life is hard for the young and lazy...later.

However, even no skill types can make decent wages if they are garbage collectors or construction laborers etc, but the career burger flipper doesn't care to work THAT hard or get that dirty.

Tough.
