It is a fine package and a fine rifle for the money. There was a helpful suggestion from someone here advising to insure (from ground up) a proper scope mount prior to shooting. Another party talked of the possibility of Talley rings and they have made no garbage.

This gun and this scope will kill everything from mice to moose. For that reason it is the caliber that I chose for my first high-powered rifle after having returned home from the service where all my guns were stolen.
