Vancouver WA 200yrd+ Shooting Range

My friend and I recently picked up some Mosins' and we want to go try them out.
Problem is that I don't know where to go...
I've gone up to Larches honey hole several times for shorter range guns (that place is sketchy as f***) and did some exploring but I'm still not sure.
I'm wondering if there is spot 30-40 mins from Vancouver WA where I can shoot up to 200yrds.
I would just go to Clark County Rifles but I would rather not have to spend 20 bucks each visit or pay for a membership. We're just poor college kids trying to have some fun and enjoy the outdoors.

wolverton mt. gc is open to the public the 2nd sunday of the month. 5buck range fee,1 gun or 50,still just 5 bucks.
150 yard rifle range,stands are supplied,bring your own targets.
covered shooting area with benches.
