Sure this question has been asked a dozen times already (maybe not for Vancouver) but are there any FFLs in the area that will do the shipping to another FFL for a handgun on a Gunbroker listing? That have a reasonable transfer cost on top of UPS 2nd Day versus the $100+ for a private person to ship to a FFL with Overnight Priority (that Fedex and UPS requires)...
