Hey Folks,

Just curious about the value of the left handed bolt action I've had since the late 90s/early 2000. This is a left handed Savage 110 in 308. It has a Simmons 3-9x32 optic. It has a 20" barrel and 5 round capacity.

I've tried to search for Savage 110s and it seems they went "tacti-cool" years ago so I have no idea how to value mine (not looking to sell, just curious)

For lefty rifles the hard part like most guns its worth what someone will pay for it.
And there isn't a huge lefty market.

I actually shoot rifles left handed, but have always bought Right handed Rifles for that reason. If someone needs to borrow it or I sell it it's easier to offload.

I've actually never shot a left handed rifle.

But it's still worth something.
Their trophy hunter is about $639 new, this is an older rifle, looks like their older trigger (not accu-trigger)
But I would say in the $250-$300 range.

However, thats an uneducated guess from a street educated person.

I'll parrot exactly what clearconscience said. I'm a lefty who shoots saving Private Ryan style because right handed rifles are just easier to come by.

I come from a lefty family. Not one left handed gun in the family. With the internet I notice the younger generation has left handed guns. If you plan to sell. Post it on a big auction site. Make sure the title has left in it

I just purchased a newer left handed 10T-SR in 6.5 creedmoor from the Classifieds here for $400. The pre accutrigger guns go for less, even with glass. $300 is reasonable for the right buyer, and it still may take months to sell. They are solid guns, but they are budget by design; and left handed means only 15% of the guys will even look at it. Yours is good looking and in a desireable caliber.

But im one of those guys, so post it and I`ll rationalize another bad decision....
