New, size large. Cost just over $100 plus shipping. I got to fat to wear it before I ever used it.
It's bulky so it would take at minimum a large flat rate box so plan on $16 to ship at least (what ever it actually cost is what you pay)
I threw the paper away after taking the pic, just comes with the actual unit with no package
