I think that's just the Utah provisional permit, the regular permit still seems to be listed as valid.

Just an FYI for those renewing the Utah CFL in the near future.
As of May 14, 2019 you need to watch the "Firearm Safety and Suicide Prevention" video in order to complete the renewal of your permit.
I sent in my paper renewal application by snail mail earlier this month and received a letter informing me that I needed to complete this process before they could issue my permit. The renewal form they sent me in June made no mention of this new requirement.
According to the instructions, you must go to the BCI's website at bci.utah.gov and click the link that says "Renew Your Permit or Instructor Certification" and view the "Firearm Safety and Suicide Prevention" video. You can then click a checkbox attesting that you watched the video, then proceed with your permit renewal on-line.
The letter says this new law went into effect on May 14, 2019.
Just thought some of you out there may be interested.

I went through Sportsman's Warehouse, they'll do all the paperwork for you and everything. Very convenient. Just make sure the instructor is on the approved list: List of Certified Concealed Firearm Instructors | DPS – Criminal Identification (BCI)

We need a national carry. I've never understood the state by state license. I've always thought, you need it more than ever when you are traveling and crossing state lines...

NY and CA would ruin it for everyone.

Utah permit arrived today....34 total days from check clearing to having in hand

I got the paper work for the Arizona CPL.
But it only covers a few States that the Utah one doesn't.
And like he said some States do not recognize it unless you live in Arizona.
Like Oregon don't take any thing except Oregon.
But I figured I will get as many as I can.
