In the multitude of threads that have been posted since this crap passed I would have to "guess" yes. Many have said that those who still legally own one can use it at a range. So assuming the competition is happening at a range then sounds "OK". Now being how lawyers are and all I would suspect some will just say no because they do not want to be the one to "blame" if someone uses one they should not have had or such.

I found the answer!!!

Competition is recreation, Right??? Then yes, absolutely!!! It sez so, right in the measure. In fact, that's all I do with my firearms; recreate, so I can use them everywhere !!!!!!

Oh, and by the way; while transporting them in a separate locked container . . . THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT FOR THEM TO BE UNLOADED.

(Hey, just going by what it says in the paperwork; and you can bet that I'm carrying a copy every time I go out.)
