From the article:
"...a metal sign shaped like a revolver in the store's parking lot that an inspector spotted in 2010"

"...an inspector in 2014 found large vinyl decals depicting three handguns on the store's windows."

THIS is what you're paying for, KA residents. You okay w that?

This is what we've devolved into... a regulatory-state where the G calls the shots on EVERYTHING. OR is not far behind. I have to assume that WA and other states have similar regulatory beauracracies that exist only to maintain themselves.

Destroy the regulatory-state. Destroy the surveillance-state. Destroy the political-class and offend the offended-class.

Those absences are not the products or producers of anarchy, they are the hallmarks of a free and enlightened electorate.

We shall not be ruled and managed. We manage ourselves and maintain our elected officials... they serve at our pleasure.

So show your displeasure by voting those MFers OUT!

"The Government may not restrict speech that persuades adults, who are neither criminals nor suffer from mental illness, from purchasing a legal and constitutionally protected product, merely because it distrusts their personality trait and the decisions that personality trait may lead them to make later down the road," Nunley said.

California has other laws that could prevent handgun violence without restricting speech in violation of the First Amendment, the judge said.

Maybe there is some hope for CA?

Why can't the same logic be applied to Dick's or Bi-Mart's refusal to selling long guns and ammo to a 19 year old in OR (or whatever state)? Course, I'm not talking about FREE SPEECH. Just that the right to bear arms (2nd A) is as important to ALL FREEDOMS mentioned in our Constitution.

OK, Ok, ok....private store and refusal to sell is also a business decision. Though, it also infringes on the right to be treated equally under the law (as it may be).

Aloha, Mark
