Oath Keepers along with the Patriot Guards, many students of Oregon State University and many others have been asked to help stand as honor guard to support the family of SPC Cody J. Patterson of Philomath, Oregon to have a proper funeral and to help in building a human shield to protect the family from the hate group known as the Westboro Baptist Church who is said to be there to protest the funeral.

How did this turn out? Did anyone from this forum happen to be there? I heard about this on another forum and spread the word but I work Thur-Sun so couldnt make it..

I saw on the news Westboro didn't show, but I think near 1000 showed up in support.
