FIXED! Law of Self Defense Instructor Program
Three days ago we announced the launch of the Law of Self Defense Instructor Program--and almost immediately our web site imploded.

You can imagine how pleased I was at the timing.

In any case, it appears that we've got the web site back up, and folks have for the last 24 hours or so been able to successfully enroll in the LOSD Instructor Program.

So, this email is primarily to let you know that enrollment is back open, and Module #1 of the program is immediately accessible.

It is also to remind you that the $700 enrollment option ($300 up-front, then four monthly payments of $100) ENDS SEPTEMBER 30. That's in TWO DAYS.

Beginning October 1 the only available enrollment option will be the $1,000 enrollment option ($400 up-front, which includes the Module #1, and then $50 paid separately for each of the successive planned 12 educational modules). This has the benefit of letting you control when you pay (you can delay payment whenever you wish, and come back when you're ready to continue accessing program modules), but it is obviously more costly overall.

Currently you can choose whichever of the enrollment options works best for you, but the $700 option is available only through the end of this month.

LOSD Seminar Slides: Printed-and-bound or Kindle
For the first time we've begun to make our seminar slides generally available. Can't make a Law of Self Defense Seminar in your state? Now you can at least get a copy of the state-specific slide deck. Our LOSD Seminars typically include 350-400 individual slides, and these can now be acquired in two formats.

HAVE you missed our recent New Mexico, Arizona, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Arkansas, Mississippi, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC or other Law of Self Defense Seminars?

Are you GOING to miss one of our upcoming Ohio, Oregon, Washington, California, Massachusetts, South Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Montana or other upcoming seminars?

GET THE SLIDES! (
Other states also available.)

Printed-and-Bound format: The slides are printed six-to-a-page, and comb-bound to form a booklet of 50-70 double-sided pages. Everyone who orders a printed slide set is also emailed a PDF document listing every self-defense statute, jury instruction, and court decision referenced in that presentation (and a lot more, usually). Each of these is hyperlinked from the PDF document back to their full-length version at the Law of Self Defense web site. Want to read the entire court case from which we quoted some legal principle in the slides? Simply find it in the PDF document, and click. Printed-and-bound slides are priced at $19.99, plus $5.00 S&H. (Wish we could make it less expensive, but it simply costs money to have print, bind, and ship these documents.)

Kindle format: The seminar presentation is converted to Kindle format, which essentially means it more resembles a Word document more than a Powerpoint document. Of great convenience, every statute, jury instruction, and court decision is internally hyperlinked back to their full-length versions at the Law of Self Defense web site. In addition, because we don't have to print, bind, and ship Kindle files, we can offer them at a flat $9.99.

There's too many states now for us to list them all here, so just click here to locate your state.

Host a Law of Self Defense Seminar!
As busy as we are, we believe in the adage that the reward for a job well-done is another job.

Accordingly, we're always, of course, we're looking for folks interested in hosting a Law of Self Defense Seminar. Hosting a seminar costs you nothing, and most hosts make a few hundred dollars doing so. In addition, hosts attend for free, of course.

If you'd like to learn more about that process, and just how easy it is (and almost always financially rewarding, as well), click here.

OK, that's it for now. Stay safe. Be prepared. Know the law
