Unusual Head Stamp

While sorting out some old .38 special cases I came across one that I thought had an
unusual head stamp, It was stamped : "MARKELL 38 SPECIAL". Anyone know about this
head stamp?

Thanks All, That answered my curiosity about the head stamp. But now I'm wondering if anyone can have thier own personal head stamp made, that would be kind of neat.
