I drive an orange Toyota Tacoma with a large sticker in the back window that says RESIST KATE BROWN. I exited a small convenience store near my home on 99w north of Corvallis yesterday afternoon and when I stepped outside I heard a loud, vile, screaming male voice coming from somewhere. The screamer was in his 30's and stopped at the traffic light, headed northbound. I couldn't understand what he was yelling but it became clear that he was screaming at me. I thought this jerk was going to have a stroke as he was livid. I have seen this sort of behavior on TV and here on the internet, but never in person. My wife wants me to remove the sticker for fear someone will damage my truck but I'm not going to. Corvallis is a liberal mecca and I haven't had any negative response from the sticker until yesterday. I have received signs of approval though. The guy was still screaming when the light turned green.

I removed pretty much all gun or political stickers from my cars .
It's amazing that you can have a Bernie sticker on your car and nothing happens.
But put a Trump sticker on your car it's going to get damaged .
Hmmmmmm who is really unhinged.
Maybe we should start burning cars that have Bernie stickers.

Anything can be offensive to someone....if they pick it apart long enough.
Its your truck...you should be able to have a sticker on it if you want.
That said...
You may get responses like you described...
You can not control how people react to your sticker....and yeah someone may decide to damage your truck.
Interesting how some folks on a particular side of certain issues or parties...
Who make the most noise about things being fair and equal , not to forget to mention non-violence....
Will also make the most annoying fuss about a sticker on a truck...

No doubt....
Not a big fan of either of the 'Bushes"....but...
A sticker that says "Kill Bush"....yeah that is really helpful...and makes for a positive statement....
Folks that take issue with a sticker...and rant and rave...really...
Just how does that help further your side of things...?
Its some dudes car or truck....don't like the sticker...

PC Babies cry a lot in public because their parents aren't there to tell them that they're making fools out of themselves.
I keep my car clear of any stickers; ruins resale value and it sends presumptions out into the world about you. Kinda like gun related stickers to cops.

A couple weeks ago there was a car head of me with a rainbow collilition bumper sticker that read,
"I'm so gay I can't even drive straight".
A couple of months ago comeing home from work there was a bumber sticker on the back of an old chevy surburban that read
