Unfired Russian SKS Price

I'm just guessing here, but... The SKS was and still is the ceremonial rifle of the Russian military. It is carried by their troops who guard their equivalent of the Tomb of the Unknown soldier and other such places. I'm thinking that because of the pristine condition of the highly polished stock, yours may be one of these ceremonial rifles, but I don't know if any of them made it into the marketplace. Just a thought.

99% of the ones imported were refurbs, so they will look " shiny and new"....

It's a rifle in a box, speculate all you want....its still a fifle in a box.
A nice rifle, probably worth more than $400.
