Should be able to click your profile, then Badges, then Feature in the middle of that screen.

Didn't work, it looks like it reappeared as soon as I commented again.

Not sure then as I'm able to add and remove from there. So will defer to @Joe Link on this feature.

Yep, do this, then uncheck "Auto feature awards", then click the two arrows to unfeature.
