UMC bulk ammo at BiMart. does Metal Case mean copper washed ?

wes trying to figure out what MC is all about.I know it means metal case,is this the same as copper washed ? I can't use jacketed ammo at our range,but washed ammo is ok.
I was looking at 38 special but I saw the same code on other calibers,hoping someone has hands on experience with it ?
