I use the RCBS concentrate with my RCBS tank. Seems to do a decent job. I wouldn't say it leaves a "polished" finish.

Polishing requires an abrasive action, a chemical solution will clean, it won't polish and make shiny. But then being shiny is a cosmetic thing, not a necessary thing.

I use Simple Green, but I'm not looking for a polished finish, just cleaner than they started. You could probably add a dab of Flitz, Wenol or similar polishing compound to the mix to get them more shinier.

I use Dawn dish soap and add some Lemi-shine in my ultrasonic tank. It gets very clean, but I have observed brass cases tumbled using dry media that I thought had more shine to them when finished.
