If you're referring to undoing the snap and having to "roll" the hook out by hand on thicker material, them I'm not seeing the fail... unless you want it to come off faster/easier.

I'm wearing mine right now and I can tell you that the snap doesn't disengage without specifically applied force, then the secondary "hook" doesn't just slip off as far as IWB use goes (my only experiential use to date), it's awesome and I plan to buy more in the future.

im talking about is booger finger pulling the gun out. maybe its different when your wearing it but regardless if its a blue gun what if it was loaded. I can lay my pistol down and in my crossbreed pull it out with my finger no where near the bang switch.

He was pulling the blue gun out of the holster with it's ORIGINAL CLIP on it before swapping it out for his clip. That was not a demonstration of how to use the Ulticlip.
