So prove it. And not by posting some obscure ten year article from a website no one has heard of about an idea someone had. How do you collect SS without a SS#? Legitimate question, "naïve" as it might be.

All you need is a green card for starters.
I know a Mexican guy who came here illegally and found an older mans legal green card in a California migrant camp.
He went by the name on the green card for over 17 years, until he married an American women and received a permanent green card in his real name.
The Social Security office kept sending him notices inquiring why he wasn't signing up for benefits, since he was over 71 years old and that he was qualified to receive benefits.
The SS office actually let him transfer all of those misrepresented green card SS payments from all of those years working at a Big O tire store.
