This is a nice Springfield rifle. I've only fired it a few times and I am sure it is more accurate than I am. It was inspected, re-barreled and brought back into service for WWII.

The stock is stamped with "CSAA" - WWII overhaul/inspection stamp - San Antonio Arsenal. The underside is stamped "P". There could be other markings on the stock but they are indistinguishable.

The barrel is stamped with the flaming bomb ordinance and is marked SA 4-42

Muzzle gauges less than 2 and the bore is bright.

I would like $475.00 cash or $525.00 trade value which I will include 24 rounds of surplus .30-06. If you are trading down I don't have much cash to work with at this time of year, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Will consider trades for:
.30 m1 carbine WWII vintage
M1 Garand (WWII serial receiver)
Or other modern semi-auto

Part trade: Brass cased ammo - .303 British, .30 carbine, .30-06 M2 Ball, 8mm Mauser. 9mm luger or .45 acp.

PLEASE submit offers or trades via PM.
