TSA under fire...They should be

It is said the Transportation Security Administration was originally established as a response to the September 11, 2001, attacks. If this is the case, then the Department of Homeland Security, the federal agency now exercising authority over the agency, must think al-Qaeda will soon target rodeos.

TSA wants to expand its dubious mission despite Congress investigating it for rampant misconduct.

On Monday, the New York Times reported the TSA's widely covered mission creep has infested "sporting events, music festivals, rodeos, highway weigh stations and train terminals" and admits not "everyone is happy" about the Americanized version of the Gestapo fanning out across the nation.

The Transportation Security Administration's Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response squads — also known as VIPR teams – are so pervasive even members of Congress are beginning to complain and question their deployment.

TSA bureaucrats like to pretend their intrusive and largely resented "random searches" at public events do not violate the Fourth Amendment and insist the illegal searches are "special needs" or "administrative" in nature and exempt from probable cause because they are designed to prevent terrorist attacks.

Despite this claim, the agency has yet to provide evidence the Gestapo-like VIPR teams have actually ever foiled a terrorist plot. Any such evidence, they remind us, is strictly classified.

"But they argue that the random searches and presence of armed officers serve as a deterrent that bolsters the public confidence," the New York Times reports as it neglects to mention the public's widespread contempt and disgust for the agency infamous for sexually molesting children and lying to the public about the risks posed by radiation-emitting naked body porno scanners.

So-called security experts, cops, Amtrak bureaucrats, and other elements of officialdom, however, continue to ignore an outraged public. Instead, they call for continuing and expanding TSA police state tactics.

"This is a gray area," Representative Bennie Thompson, Democrat of Mississippi and ranking member on the House Homeland Security Committee, remarked about the effectiveness of the TSA and its desire to expand into various public venues.

"It's hard to quantify the usefulness of these teams based on what we have seen so far," Thompson said about militarized VIPR teams roaming airports, train stations, rodeos and music festivals in search of elusive terrorists.

The fake war on terror has its consequences.

Idiot Americans gobbled up the nauseating 9/11 BS and all its associated fairly tales and now we are continuing to pay the price for being so pathetic and stupid.

No of course not. I am saying the official story was a fairy tale. Any person who hasn't figured that out by now is pretty dense.

OK, I guess I'm dense. What official story have I not yet figured out was a fairy tale.

And please don't misunderstand, I am, in no way a big fan of government. I am just trying to understand what you are saying

What I am saying? Hmm. You believe that the towers fell at free fall speeds like a bowling ball through the air without the aid of controlled demolition? Or that three days after the collapse the ground was like molten lava rivers and pools, but this was because of jet fuel that burns at a rapid rate?. Well, really, there are well over a hundred things someone could say here. I don't know; cut columns, thermate traces, pre-collapse building weekend shutdown/evac; no objects anywhere bigger than half a phone keypad, all pulverized to ash; many witnesses hearing explosions in the basements before the first plane hit; officials inc GW caught blatantly lying, etc, etc, etc, etc - I mean what can an informed person say here.

Disregarding physics/mathematics in order to believe a contrary story is delusion.

A delusional person believes things that couldn't possibly be true. If you're convinced that the microwave is attempting to control your thoughts, you are, sadly, delusional.

Delusional comes from a Latin word meaning "deceiving." So delusional thinking is kind of like deceiving yourself by believing outrageous things. Delusional thoughts are often a sign of mental illness, but the word can also be used more loosely to describe behavior that is just not realistic. If your friend thinks he's going to get rich playing video games, he's probably not mentally ill, but it's not a stretch to call him delusional.

I know that logic, facts/physics, and reason mean very little to the deluded masses so I gave up on convincing people that they were suckers long ago. That bridge was crossed. Too late. Time and time again Americans have proved that they are happy with their delusions and apathy, oh, and don't forget proud.

If you really are being sincere and didn't get the memo that it was all a fraud, then just do some research; it is all out there. Not that it will make any difference at this point for anyone.

Do I think there was a conspiracy pre-9/11 to cause it all? No, I disagree on that part of the scenario. Do I think the .gov has taken advantage of the horror? Absolutely, and I think that they will continue to do so.

People who believe in a convoluted conspiracy theory find it easier to believe that than the possibility that a terrorist organization could plan and execute an attack. That's fine. Whatever they need to believe to sleep at night is ok with me.

What the .gov is doing to us all in the aftermath, however it was organized, planned and executed, is it's own terrorist attack on our civil rights.

This all started when "Americans" became convinced that their Constitutional rights are put on hold because someone may be driving drunk(illegal DUI stops) or that fruit overrides The BoR(Agricultural stops at state lines). Now that we are seeing a natural extension of that, what's the big deal?
Go on, be compliant with an illegal cop using your money to search and violate you. What's the big deal, right? "If it saves one child" and all that, yeah? It's amazing how many of the same people that are HORRIFIED by illegal gun laws(for the children) have no problem pulling over to be searched or to breath into the tube(for the children). The slow attack on our rights really does work.

As far as 9/11 goes, I have a hard time believing that thermite was placed in the towers, beams were cut and all that. At the same time, there are simply too many things that point to just that. Just answer one question. Why was ALL of the evidence shipped to China to be destroyed, instead of being held as EVIDENCE? Has anyone seen the clip of the BBC reporter standing IN FRONT OF WTC7, discussing the collapse of WTC7, 30 minutes BEFORE IT FELL? The video is easy to find on Youtube. Then you have the owner of the building discussing the decision to "pull" WTC7, which is a demolition term for imploding a structure. Then there is of course the "War On Terror", which is as realistic as a "War On Fear". A never ending war that convinces the bulk of Americans to allow themselves to be treated like Germans of the Nazi era. That is awfully convenient.

It's amazing what people will give up when they see their countrymen diving out of 1,100 foot high windows to save themselves from burning, collapsing buildings.

We live in a literal Matrix of lies and systems of control where most people are living in a deluded haze, following the herd. Just about nothing the average person is concerned about is real. Makes having conversations with someone at a party frustrating to say the least LOL; or a date, what a joy.

One thing is for sure. The days of (false) freedom are numbered, the clock is indeed ticking down, so try to enjoy life now the best you can because these are indeed the last of the good times.
As the cage gets smaller and smaller, you will look back at NOW as the time you wished you took advantage of what limited freedoms you still have.

No populace this deluded, this ignorant, can possibly remain free or prosperous.

All of these "security measures" can be thrown out by the american citizens if everybody could find some common ground. But these days who has time to protest when you're working 80 hours a week to make ends meet? This corporate society has successfully silenced the people, and forced them into submission. How would the U.S people reacted 50 years ago if they had introduced the Patriot Act? These days if you're going to a protest be sure and bring a gas mask, flak jacket, and a first aid kit.
I work at a very busy gas station and atleast a dozen times a day people insist on asking why are "your" prices so high? And the answer is because you are here buying it... You don't like paying so much for gas but in reality most would rather pay higher prices than buy a nice mountain bike and work those muscles that you were born with. And I'm no different I work two jobs in the town of Newberg and even though I could ride I prefer to drive. The only way for things to change for the good the masses must gather and practice what they preach.
